There are a few simple things I need you to do that will make the whole submission/publication process a lot easier on both of us:

1) edit your photos! no one really wants to see 6 photos that are almost exactly the same, nor do they really want to see 10 shots all with you in them. and, please, limit the number (per show) you send to 20 or less

2) please size them  no more than 5x7" at 72dpi. if you send me huge files they'll have to wait until I have the spare time to size them, and spare time is a rare commodity around the Randall household.

3) be sure to include the necessary data with the photos: your name, the date and venue. also, tell me if you want your name (next to your file listing) to link to your mailbox or website, and if so be sure to provide me with the information so I can link it.

4) realize that, by allowing your photos to be posted here you are (in essence) declaring them to be public property, and that people can download them and do pretty much whatever they want with them. Yes, you can put a copyright mark on each of them and that should make your intent clear (to reserve your right to the image), but just as locks only keep out honest people ...

4) above all, be patient.
